When we book your appointment, you will be invited to set up an online account with Healthie. Healthie is an interactive and secured website which allows you to input criteria about yourself such as weight, food intake, and perceived hunger to name a few.

Healthie will also email you two forms, including a registration form and HIPPA form, to complete before your first appointment.

It is important to know that Healthie is 100% compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA). This means your medical information is fully secured. The account you create in the Healthie platform will also be the account you use for your encrypted, one-on-one video conferencing appointments, if you prefer a virtual appointment.
